Our Story:

A few years ago, LeKecia contacted me about taking a training so she could help one of her clients more effectively. I remember receiving a message from The Universe: "Get to know this person and help them. They're important." You know those moments when you just know you're supposed to do something? Well, for me, it was one of those moments.

That was over three years ago, and our relationship has flourished since then. When I began to look around for administrative help, LeKecia's work responsibilities were changing. Now The Universe was sending me a gift! I always figure that if I can trust people, they can learn to do just about anything. This time around though, LeKecia possesses the skill set that I lack - how to actually run an organization that involves several moving parts. Is this the time to confess that Excel still eludes me?

LeKecia L. Lovett's Accomplishments:

LeKecia L. Lovett is the CEO and Founder of Encompass Solutions, LLC. Encompass Solutions is a community-based organization that is a sound resource and safe place for expecting mothers (and their families) who are at higher risk for poor pregnancy and childbirth outcomes. She has also served as the Home Visitation Program Manager for Mental Health America of WI Strong Families Healthy Homes Program that was designed to nurture and support families, parent(s) and/or caregiver(s) living with mental illness. LeKecia is devoted to identifying and the eradication of maternal and child health disparities, and possesses multiple relevant certifications.
